Refund Policy

CURA Inc. ("CURA," "we," or "us") provides a subscription-based regulatory and market intelligence platform. Because our platform provides immediate access to proprietary data, analytics, and intellectual property, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy.

We offer a 7-day free trial on select subscription plans to allow users to evaluate the platform. During the 7-day trial period, you will not be charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time during this trial period.\n\nIf you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, your payment method on file (if provided) will be automatically charged for the selected subscription period (monthly or annually). We send a reminder email 24 hours prior to the end of your trial.

In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, we offer a 7-day refund policy for all initial subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the platform, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.\n\nAfter the 7-day period, or for subsequent renewal charges, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automatic renewals, and you will continue to have access to the CURA platform through the end of your current paid billing period.

Outside of the standard 7-day refund policy, refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of CURA Inc. under exceptional circumstances, such as:\n- Technical issues on our end that entirely prevent access to the platform for an extended period.\n- Billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges).\n\nIf you believe you have experienced a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge date.
